We don’t often get snow at Thanksgiving, but it happens every few years.
Chains or 4WD recommended. May not be needed, but better safe than sorry.

Decorated Christmas tree, music and movies provided.
Snow is always requested, but not always received!

NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND THE CABIN. NO PETS. NO CAMPFIRES.

Check in: 3:00 pm. Check out: 11:00 am. $100 refundable damage deposit is required at time of booking. $45 cleaning fee plus total nightly fee is due 14 days in advance of reservation (30 days for holiday reservations). Late check out will result in additional charge of one (1) night’s rent.

For Reservations: email or call (575) 937-6877. Reservation will be held for up to 24 hours, but is not guaranteed until security deposit is received. If deposit not received within 24 hours, reservation will be canceled. Click here to check availability. A signed rental contract will be required.

Payments: You will be invoiced via PayPal, however you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay – simply pay with your credit or debit card.  Deposit guarantees your reservation and must be paid within 24 hours of reservation. Please confirm availability in advance by email or phone. Complete payment must be received 14 days in advance of reservation. If making reservation less than 14 days in advance, full payment will be due when reservation is made.

Holiday rentals: full payment must be received at least 30 days in advance to guarantee your reservation. If reservation is made inside the 14 or 30 (holiday) day window, full payment is due at time of reservation.  If full payment is not received on time, reservation may be cancelled and deposit held as non-refundable.

Cancellation policy: Cancel 14 days in advance and receive full refund, less $50 cancellation fee. Cancel less than 14 days in advance and deposit is Non-Refundable. 7 days in advance, or less, and entire amount is non-refundable.

For holiday periods, cancel 30 days in advance and receive full refund, less $50 cancellation fee. Cancel less than 30 days in advance and deposit is Non-Refundable. 14 days in advance, or less, and entire amount is non-refundable.
