We don’t often have snow at Thanksgiving, but it happens every few years. 4WD, autosocks or chains recommended. May not be needed, but better safe than sorry.

NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND THE CABIN. NO PETS. NO CAMPFIRES.
Check in: 3:00 pm. Check out: 11:00 am. $100 refundable damage deposit is required at time of booking. $50 cleaning fee plus total nightly fee is due 14 days in advance of reservation (30 days for holiday reservations). Late check out will result in additional charge of one (1) night’s rent.
For Reservations: email or call (575) 937-6877. Reservation will be held for up to 24 hours, but is not guaranteed until security deposit is received. If deposit not received within 24 hours, reservation will be canceled. Click here to check availability. A signed rental contract will be required.
Payments: You will be invoiced via PayPal, however you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay – simply pay with your credit or debit card. Deposit guarantees your reservation and must be paid within 24 hours of reservation. Please confirm availability in advance by email or phone. Complete payment must be received 14 days in advance of reservation. If making reservation less than 14 days in advance, full payment will be due when reservation is made.
Cancellation policy: Cancel 14 days in advance and receive full refund, less $50 cancellation fee. Cancel less than 14 days in advance and deposit (equal to $100) is Non-Refundable. 7 days in advance, or less, and entire amount is non-refundable.
